These terms form a legal agreement between you and 23One Ltd (registered in England and Wales). By downloading or using CircuitLog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
CircuitLog is an iOS application that allows users to track motorsport circuits they have visited, check in at circuits, earn badges, view community content, and share activity to social media. Some features require a Pro subscription.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account within the app.

When you submit content to CircuitLog — including check-in notes, photo spots, and photos — you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant 23One Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the app and in promotional materials for CircuitLog.
You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.
CircuitLog Pro is available as an in-app purchase via Apple. By subscribing you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
CircuitLog, its logo, design, code, and all content created by 23One Ltd are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The name CircuitLog and associated branding are trademarks of 23One Ltd.
CircuitLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that circuit data will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, 23One Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
CircuitLog uses Firebase (Google), Apple services, and Instagram's API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to CircuitLog at any time if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app at any time. On termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
